Solum A/S is the Parent  company of the Group. It owns the two main subsidiary companies of the Group:

• Aikan A/S: Integrated dry AD and composting solutions.
• Solum Roskilde A/S: Green waste composting and biomass production, and recycling of commercial waste including demolition waste.
